Katarina skills bugged (GAMEPLAY)

So had 2 Katarina games in a row and in both of them I got this bug. In the first game around 30 minutes my q was useless. I could see the indicators when i pressed q but i couldn't cast it on anything. In the next game I had the same bug again at about 30 minutes in the game but this time i couldn't autoattack cast q or ulti anyone. Really odd and game braking.
