Plat 2 mid and jungle looking for 5v5 team

So im a 18yr old from finland and im looking for a ranked 5v5 team for this season. Last season i hit dia promos on the last day with under 200 ranked games( didnt have time to play much) but this season i'v been climbing and planning to hit dia soon. I main mid and jungle and i have a very versatile champion pool. mains this season are katarina, leblanc, cassiopeia for mid and shaco,volibear,sejuani for jungle. I'm also able to play various other champions and mastering a new one isnt a problem at all.
