Edit: If this gets fixed E+Q Ult combo, will be better aswell. Because sometime you dont get a stack on your Q

Looks like that it isn't because of the E Q combo, but because you just hit your Q tornado and another Q directly after that.

I believe every ability that hits a champion makes them invulnerable to that ability for a short time, to avoid that a champion gets the same damage from the same ability multiple times, especially for pass through abilities.

Because you technically hit the same ability 2 times in a very short time after each other, the system doesn't recognize that it were two separate instances and doesn't apply the damage from the second Q.
