fix the freaking client

the game and client are working perfectly fine except when I want to hover my pick and ban a champion the stupid client doesn't respond, I am able to pick a champion and play the game with no problems. I tried the hextech repair tool but that made no difference. [sg-shisa]

IT'S FUCKIN DOGSHIT, CANT VIEW FRIEND PROFILES, CHAT MESSAGES ARE BARELY GOING THROUGH, NOTIFICATIONS ARE NOT GOING AWAY, CLIENT BEGINS TO LAG 1000000X FOR MY WHOLE GROUP AFTER WE PLAY A FEW GAMES SO WE ALL HAVE TO RELOAD, NONE OF US HAVE SHITTY COMPS EITHER
