client is being weird

Hello guys, so I am trying to queue up for a ranked game but the client keeps telling me that I am disconnected after waiting a couple of minutes like instead of the "mach found" screen I am getting trying to reconnect and now I'm banned for denying too much matches, my internet in working perfectly fine there is nothing wrong with it, anybody getting the same problem?
