renek double proc titan passive?
Is renek w proc'ing titan passive twice? is it supposed to? I know the double proc visual on sated is clearly proc'ing twice, renek appears not.

yes it applies all on hit efffects if its empowered it does 3. if you want to be an asshole get sated auto w then do 6 procs of any item lol
