okay lets play...wait...why don't my hot keyes work?!

the whole game I have been having all day today have been by pure luck if I won cuz my Hotkeys DIDN'T WORK as a support I NEED my hotkeys to keep my teammates alive but if I press the key and it doesn't work...kinda hard to help my team out I have closed the game, exited, died, reset my keys, even closed the game and then reloaded it. it KEEPS HAPPENING Riot, this needs to be fixed NOW...please
