I have a few ideas for that like when he taunts instead of that cyber screen he pulls up its a chalkboard and he writes E=MC2 and then closes it like you do with a slideable chalkboard after he says somthing funny like,

"hmmmm lets see, his stocks should drop any second now"

in a refrence to Corp Mundo

and his joke would be him sipping tea and saying

"siiiiiip ahh nothing like a cup of tea and the smell of Disection"

or something along those lines.

and his ult is him focusing all his energy out of the monocle and making a beam, like light through a magnifying glass

those are just some of my ideas

That'd no longer be a 'monocle'. It'd be more akin to that thing wears.

:/ a monocle for each eye would look messy and rather exessive, one monocle is enough, plus its the only one so it can be used for his ult

its what gentleman ask when someone wants suger in their tea so bartender Vel'Koz wouldn't make much sense as for the voice rework I don't think so just keep the voice the way it is and just give him a different script

just think of it, you get Gentleman Vel'koz and Cho'gath, Superbe Villian Veigar, Debonair Vi, and Jayce, and you have a real gentleman party
