[Gameplay] Renekton Stun bug

Description of problem: Renekton will freeze up for one second and his stun will go on cooldown without it being used

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter game with Renekton and any other champion
2. Level Renekton up to 2 taking Q and W
3. Quickly use Q then W
4. W will go on cooldown and will not be used, Renekton will also be frozen for 1 second
