When playing as Renekton against Quinn. Renekton's stun will go on cool down if Quinn uses her Q on him

I appreciate you taking the time to give us a reproduce break down. It really helps me figure out what is going on. This is a bug for sure. I am looking into it. I think it happens on all forms of cc coming from auto attacks. It happened to me when I was playing Leona top vs Quinn roughly two weeks ago. She blinded me after I E to her and I went for Q stun and it said miss. Was not sure at the time if her blind still caused people to miss auto attacks with the rework.
