Biscuit Delivery STILL sometimes prevents remakes.

Though inconsistent, if the AFK player has the biscuit rune it occasionally still prevents remakes as it counts as a purchase. This bug has existed since the release of the rune and Riot still hasn't patched it. In some cases you can remake, but this is the second time I've experienced this bug in the past month.

This is especially gamebreaking in ranked since the team of 4 can't remake thus loses LP, and needs to be properly addressed.
