How exactly is Draven not disabled?
His AAs, E and E are all invisible, only surrounding animations are barely visible. It's been like this for multiple patches now, how is he neither disabled nor is this problem fixed yet?

Ive seen him in a few matches and not seen that issue. So maybe it's not something that is occuring for everyone? Or not for a wide range?
They usually only disable champs in a case like that if it's seen in every single game on multiple regions.
