I've played League since 2011 and I've always been enormously frustrated by this and so I finally posted it here. (contin.)

The surrender vote is unfair and not a true vote.

There are five players on a team. This means that each "vote" is worth 20%.

Yet why can three "yes" surrender votes, accounting for 60% of the team, get overruled by two "no" votes accounting for only 40% of the team?

Why can an enemy team have over 9,000 kills, 11 turrets, all dragons at 5 seconds and yet League forces us to wait 19:55 for the logic of 40 > 60?
