Promo Helper bug

Hi, i'm GLOUG on the NA server and I lost my gold promos 2 months ago and i'm now back in the promotion series. When I lost the bo5 it told me that next time it would offer me a victory; and I don't have one. Is this a bug or is this wanted ? If a bug, can anything be done? https://imgur.com/a/hc3ZBLF is a proof, link to a screenshot from op.gg, you can see the golden line in february showing that I was in promos and today i am in there again, with no offered victory( promo helper should give me one)

EDIT: I dont know if this is linked but all my emotes were reset, like i have to reassign which one i want at victory...
