Vel'Koz's model is freezing up randomly either after ability casts or auto attacks, you can still play normally but the model itself seems to pause on a single animation.
This happened in TT match while playing against a Malzahar, not sure if it's related.
I got this glitch using arclight velkoz against a khazix mid
I believe its just a visual bug that they will fix but I had many times where his arms were frozen, and a little beam of light would shoot out, his character became stiff with all arms far out, or the arms weren't even there at all.
