[GAMEPLAY] Cho'Gath E doesn't proc Hunter's Talisman on camps anymore
When purchasing hunter's talisman on jungle cho'gath his E Vorpal Spikes will not proc the passive on jungle camps as it had previously.

I can confirm this; it really hinders Cho's ability to regen properly in the jungle, as well as applying Thunderlord's Decree to enemy champions (Vorpal Spikes used to count as a separate instance of damage; now it doesn't).
