Hello! Kind of a weird way to get in contact with you but I've been working on a Cho'gath Top build in anticipation for the 7.14 changes. As your the best Cho'gath main out there, I was hoping to hear your thoughts on it. :)

Core build item 3001 item 3110 item 3800 Standard "Fillers" item 3111 item 3193item 3151
Alternatives item 3190 item 3047 item 3143 item 3152

So rather than just throw down a bunch of pictures, here's what i was thinking with them. item 3001 I think while Rod of Ages is great mid, Top needs the deffensive stats offered by Abysal Mask. It also offers a bit of offense, having an aura that increases his magic damage, which will also help latter in team fights. Plus his size seems to go great with any aura abilities. item 3110 Also packs an aura that his size abuses a bit. Plus, its all armor since chogath stacks pleanty of his own health. Packs a huge cool down reduction that helps chogath stack R faster, which will in turn buff his new E, adding more damage to his kit. item 3800 In my rather noobish experience, fast people who can kite are a problem. Plus they doge his Q. Well, my idea was get a bit more armor, and an engage/slow tool. While slowing wont be as important with Cho'gath's new Q, it once again abuses his size. Getting around him to the back line is that much harder with a slow, and make's it a lot easier to go "NOM NOM NOM NOM" more often.

An alternate to this is building ProtoBealt instead of Righteous Glory and liandrys right after the to favor an AP bruiser style. (what I think the current Builds aim at). Actually, If early damage is more important Frozen heart could be put off until after to make the largest early damage possible.

oh, one advantage is this build has a full 40% CDR, which means Glyphs are free for some ability power (Scaling?) or Magic resistance.

Well, I've blathered on long enough and im sure my would be bronze 5 is showing. What do you think? I really want to see pros start using Abysal mask more since I think although its new, it offers Magic Tanks like Chogath a much better deffensive alternative for top lane.

P.S. Hope your glitch in the jungle gets fixed, if it hasn't already.
