The bug is fairly simple, if annie uses Disintegrate with her passive charged on a spellshield, it will use up the charge and waste the stun. However, if she does the same thing and it is blocked by Yasuo's Wind Wall, then the passive charge will not be used up. Entirely reproducible.

Is not bug is feature. Q did not hit a champ so the stun is not proc'ed. Annie counters Yasuo especially in early game. Be cagier. Harrass. Get CS. Get a gank. Post six bait her stun and dash outside when she tries to cast, then tornado and ult. Expect your flow shield to be 100% useless 100% percent of the time against her. Same as Yasuo against half the champs in League.
I have been getting skilled Yasuos with runes against me with no runes lately, sometimes I cannot mercilessly farm them.
