Are XP Boosts Bugged?

I can't figure out how to post a screenshot so I'll just type xp amounts below. These are with a 24 hour xp boost activated (supposedly). I bought a 24 hour xp boost yesterday and now almost a full day later it says I still have a day on it rather than a few hours. It just looks like it's inactive or only giving me double xp once in a blue moon. *
