Aatrox's Bloodwell Bar Is Staying Red While Inactive

After patch 8.3 Aatrox's resource stays colored after activating a single time when it's only supposed to be red while active. This isn't a game-breaking bug or anything but it finally got me killed today because I was paying enough attention and assumed the passive was active because it was red. Small bug but it wasn't in the 8.4 patch notes so I'll leave it here.

can confirm, and its annoying as hell. so often have i had a 4 bars red bar, which i assumed would fill on the next hit or damage, but it wont, because it should be white.
