Game Crashing Bug

I've had a problem in the game for the last 2 years where the game will randomly freeze and not crash. I will then have to alt-tab or just hard shutdown my pc because it freezes the whole thing. It happens to me on my Desktop and Laptop with each having more than enough specs to handle the game on its highest settings. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, hextech repair tool, the client repair tool, AND sent logs into riot without a fix. It sure is great that we get skins every 2 weeks though.

Not to mention nearly every time I launch the game I get the message "league of legends needs to apply a required update" and updates even though it just did the same thing earlier in the day, with also asking permission to be allowed through pc firewall.
