Is my game bugged?

I opened my second honour capsule and got the same thing (basically) as the first one. first time I got singed champion shard (NO KEY FRAGS) and the second time I got a kayle champ shard and NO KEY FRAGS so from either one, ass I got was 87 blue essence ;-;
