ATTENTION RIOT ILLAOI ULT + W DOES REDUCE DAMAGE ON SAME ENEMY

I had 600 Tentactle damage according too tooltip, was doing only 120 per 4 tennies on lvl 18 with 300 armor garen, 200 per 4 tennies on lvl18 100 armor caitlyn, no armor, and 300 to a lvl 1 sona 60 armor

the tooltip is incorrect, it needs to say reduce damage on same target. the tooltip is misleading.
