[GAMEPLAY] Bots are no longer warding or flashing/teleporting

I'm not exactly sure when this issue began to occur, but Intermediate bots, which used to know how to both buy and use wards(trinket or normal) as well as flash/teleport are no longer doing so. The sole exception is the Jax bot, which does occasionally buy wards to use for jumping to. Additionally, anytime I ever see a bot with barrier they either don't know how to use it or neglect to do so. But it seems they have forgotten how to flash or teleport altogether, despite the fact that they use ghost, exhaust, heal, and ignite properly. Not sure if one of the 4.X patches may have caused this revert in their "intelligence" for lack of a better word. They can still juke really coughTOOcough well, though. Anyone else noticed this slight change?
