Champ Select (Normal Draft)

I was waiting on another person to pick their champ and the timer hit 0 it stayed at 0 for 15-20 sec, the next person inline was me and i couldn't pick my champ till they were done picking. the select gave me the dodge instead of them because of them not picking a champion. I got a dodge wait timer and this has been consistent between 8 of my friends.

fix champ select in draft mode. I cant do ranked because of this and i loose LP because of this dumb bug.
