Dear Riot: (Your BIGGEST fan)

I have been here a long time and I can not buy any more things with IP (except for name changes, and champs as they come out) this is all of the runes (excepts i got a message saying i cant buy any more runes) and all of the rune pages (20... too few pages) I have all the champions and buy them as they come out regardless if I like them or not. so Riot would you be kind enough to make more spending options that I can repeat on rather than name changes?

If my suggestion can get through I would love to send IP on temp sins that expire so that I can buy them and try them with IP maybe 2000 IP for a skin for 3-7 days. this would be awesome to use IP with to try things out and have cool days where I can have friends with matching skins for a cool team comp :D. I have over 20,000 IP just sitting there not doing any thing. Riot if you could talk with me more I would love to see what we can come up with.

I would also like to thank you for making a cool game that I can get this invested in and have a great time with friends and family.
