Can't access Store Windows 8.1

I can't access the store on lol and I use windows 8.1. Everytime is just tells me to re-log in to league of legends but that never works. I found some forum posts from over 12 months ago that claim to have the fix but nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I have basically the same problem. I have to click and click and click. Eventually I get access to the store for a moment, then it goes away again. Really annoying.
