Gold Player looking for ranked 5's team or duo partners

Hi everyone, I am a gold 5 player that can play any role (adc being the weakest) and looking to join a ranked 5's or find people to duo/trio with for solo que. The games I have been losing lately with randoms people have been because of communication (not pinging, no tank, no ap, etc.). I have skype and teamspeak I can use for voice communication.
