Resize cursor permanently affecting the mouse

When moving the mouse (mainly I find it happens on the edges of league's window), the resize cursor becomes the permanent cursor. I think it happens most in the store (as it's slow and lags enough on its own, the cursor just never changes back). There's no real "solution" to making it become the hand or standard pointer.
