[Client] You are currently assigned to a game.

I had queued up for a ranked game, and after clicking accept there were no other people who accepted. It sent me back to the main screen as I expected but with no notification to say that someone had not accepted the game. I tried to queue up again and was met with the message "Cannot enter queue because you are already assigned to a game".

After a couple minutes wait I have been given a 5 minute wait timer for dodging a game. After waiting it out I am met with a crash report when trying to enter queue another time. I cannot read this crash report however, as it is covered by the League of Legends logo. http://i.imgur.com/FNYoWRk.png

Opening the client up after the crash has fixed the issue. I hope I won't be punished for leaving a ranked game.
