BUG - Sivir's Spell Shield not working properly with Kalista

For some reason Sivir's Spell Shield will not block Fate's Call but will be used up by it.

Kalista and Alistar can use up the Spell Shield with Fate's Call, then Pulverize, then Headbutt with zero opportunity for counter-play and it's the most infuriating thing I've ever come across. You should be able to block Fate's Call with Spell Shield and then Flash out of Pulverize.
