Game keeps crashing and keep getting a bugsplat report

i find this so dumb, my game keeps crashing as i'm loading in and low and behold theirs a bug splat report. I've sent in several reports but somehow there is not fix, makes me think riot really doesn't give a shit about there game which is obviously fun to see. I'd understand if they issue happened once but like i said it has happened several times and still nothing said to fix it again makes a lot of sense right. Could one of you "rioter" actually give a shit about your game and the people playing it and fix it because this makes no sense that you guys have done nothing despite the amount of bug splat reports I've sent, to me seems like its there for no reason because you guys still have done absolutely nothing
