Freezing Constantly

i have sent a report about this bug several times and still nothing has been done, my game keeps freezing at the start and in order to restart it i must shut down my PC and restart. Its getting really annoying to constantly get q bans because of this glitch because its nothing to do with my end and everything to do with riot's. I have reinstalled and used the hex tech repair thing in order to make sure it is working properly but still the game is broken. this is unfair and really annoying to constantly get bans because you guys refuse to help with this glitch and i'm constantly being penalized for it. I've checked my task manger and everything is running fine it has been doing this since December and still nothing has been done

I have this same issue. I talked to support and all I got was asking me to reinstall my drivers three times and keep reinstalling League. I have all the settings low, I have everything updated, I keep every app closed when I play, and yet the computer still hard freezes and the only way to fix is to hold down the power button. I don't have any problems like this on any other game except League and it's incredibly frustrating.

Same problem started for me months ago. I went through the whole trouble shooting process with Tech support (gotta give them credit for trying). But nothing was fixed. They seem to be insistent that is has to be a problem on my end. Yet I played other online games on the same computer and none of them had any crashes. Tech was thinking maybe it was a conflict with my anti-virus Avast. I even tried turning it off to no avail.

I ended up upgrading my computer anyway a couple of months into the process.

Shock!!! Brand new Asus Scar II gaming laptop ... much better, crashes less, but still crashes and today I had it completely freeze up again just like the old one.

In fact LOL would still crash from time-to-time on a brand new, fresh computer with nothing else installed!
