Anivia's Q in ARURF is finnicky

When trying to stun with Anivia's Q it would just refuse to stun, slow or even do damage if I didn't reactivate it. If it passes through them it slows but if I caught them in the stun explosion it just wouldn't do anything. If i reactivate it to explode the ice shard prematurely it works fine but that's it. I haven't tried her out in normal modes but for ARURF it's like that.
