Fast Internet slow game

Last two days i have been experiencing very high lag and high ping in my game but the internet speed tester shows that my internet is fast and my ping should be 60 ms but in game it is giving me minimum 120ms and going up to 300 all the time. i can move but no animation. i want to know what the problem is
