[GAMEPLAY] Vel'Koz - Ultimate Bugs On Minimap
When using Vel'koz's ultimate and the cursor is over the minimap, he rotates the opposite direction of the cursor. It also does it when beginning its cast with cursor on minimap.

Not a glitch, certain long range spells have minimap targeting. So in this case, if your mouse is on the minimap, Velkoz will point to where your mouse is on the minimap.
Stand at top lane, put your mouse over bot lane and he will ult towards bot, same with being at bot and ulting top.
