WTF happened I need immediate help!

WTF! I logged in just now as normal, got into a game ... unbelievable lag for no reason ... I tried to disconnect and reconnect as I always do ... BOOM! the client needs an update ... I was like, what? why now? I'm in the middle of a game! a pop up says (AGREE, DISAGREE) so I agreed ... and all of a sudden it took me to leageoflegends website account verification .. I verified, logged back in and WTF I'm back to level 11 ... I hade 72k+ blue essence, now I only have 2k ... my champions' masteries, collection, and skins are gone .... what the hell happened? this better be recoverable, I had a lot of paid skins! and who knows what happened to my ranking ... Please Help! P.S. even my account here on the server has been restored ... that means it's a bug from your server ... please don't tell me it's not recoverable, and if not, I will be needing account Compensation.
