[Gameplay] Alt+tab camera locking.

When you alt+tabing and returning to the game, sometimes your camera lock itself until you reload game or do some strange machinations such as rapidly alt+tabbing (sometimes even this doesn't work) or just randomly hitting space+y (same thing - rare solution) One thing that works 100% of the time is relogging. And actually it is really costs games and giving kills. cause u can't see invades or cant see enemy champions at all.
