I was playing Irelia in sandbox and was only able to get her stats to 50% LS in the mode no matter what I did. Is that a bug is it intended? Just thought it should be looked into.

what items did you build?

I had LS Quints, masteries. Then I switched up a few different builds. Using item 3153 item 3072 item 2140 item 3812 in different combinations. But it would hit 50% and stop. I'm not sure if Ithis gave me the added LS or not. All I know the status would only show 50% no matter what I did. Also had item 3065 equipped.
