High Sierra and Repair tool [CRASH]

Ever since High Sierra came out league has never worked on the operating system. I keep hearing stories of game crashes and in client bugs and still nothing. They haven't acknowledged the problem, they haven't made a public statement, and they haven't attempted to resolve the issue. Its the same thing with the repair tool. For several months everyone who tries to use has been posting it gets stuck while gathering logs and rather than fix it they just have players gather them manually. Why is this? Is there anything happening at all? And the worst part is that the website recommends you to update to high sierra and use these tools. Are you serious?! And it really won't help if a rioter just says in a board post that they are looking into it because they've been "looking into it" for the past 5 or so months with no feedback or update as to even why these problems occur. I get more information on the issue from the player base. That is absurd to me, the players shouldn't have to be looking for work arounds to make the game operate as it was meant to.
