Game crashes for mac users [CRASH]

Ok so I've been back and forth over the past two weeks with support about an issue causing my game to close early in the match and also lag spike insanely at random intervals. I made a post to report the bug earlier but i didn't follow the directions correctly so this post is a little bit of a repeat [zombie-brand-clap] They eventually came to the conclusion that it was because there is an issue with the new operating system for the mac that causes it to close the game and said that my only fix would be to downgrade which i can't for multiple reasons. They even ran a test on my connection and told me it was solid and i shouldn't be having problems. They never made it clear how long it would take them to fix it and when i mentioned making a post to notify players apparently a bug that closes your game repeatedly isn't important enough to make a post.

Essentially, there isn't any special action you need to perform from what i gathered after talking to the support team. All i did was load into a game and sometimes it would crash and other times it would lag. I went through several games to see if there could have been any factors in game that could have triggered it but i couldn't find any difference when i compared it to the games where it didn't happen.

This post is to let mac players know that if you upgraded to high sierra, the game might not be working very well for you right now. If you do have this operating system and the game is still working fine or this is something that also happened to you, add an upvote or comment so we can bring a bit more attention to it and figure out what is actually going on.

Quick edit: I talked to more people on the boards and i'm now aware that the issue stems more from apple than riot. I'm still leaving the post up though because most of what i posted still stands
