Game-breaking Kayn Bug

(Repost, posted in wrong discussion place) Im 90% sure this is a bug:

Hello. I was recently playing Kayn, and I noticed that when in his original first form, When collecting souls, if you hit a person, then die, you dont get to collect your soul.

I figured this is game breaking because this delays the time in which you get a form by atleast a couple of minutes if you die. I was 95% towards red form, went to get a warwick, hit him atleast 7 times, then died before he died, and didnt get any of the souls that fell off of him when i damaged him.

This should be fixed, because it wasnt just one occurrence, it happened to me 3 times in one game, and made me end up choosing blue kayn because it was impossible to get red souls.

It was impossible to get red souls b/c the only melee champion they had was a warwick jungle, so i was forced to invade to get his soul, or get blue kayn and wait a whole 4 minutes.
