So Many Bugs not Being Fixed

It seems as though the game has been getting progressively more buggy in both the client and gameplay this past year, with many minor bugs just seemingly being ignored for patches and patches on end. Many of them may not have much of an impact but overall they are still annoying.

The bugs involving 'evolve' abilities such as Kai'Sa and Viktor where white rectangles just appear on players' screens is the obvious one but furthermore any time you can evolve an ability if you hover over the upgrade information the text box just flashes repeatedly ridiculously fast. Not a huge problem as long as you know what the ability becomes but it's still annoying.

Death recap has been broken for as long as I can remember at this point, it seems like Riot has no intention of fixing it and if that is the case then why not just remove it and be done with it. Half the time it won't even tell you what did damage to you, with just a blank square and a damage number under the champion's picture, or it will just be completely wrong. I checked death recap in a game and apparently I took damage from an enemy Jinx's Silver Bolts (We had a Vayne on our team...). It may not be important but I don't see how it can be left in this state for so long.

There are still bugs in ARAM where bought items while dead will sometimes be unable to be undone for no apparent reason. And Zoe's Sleepy Trouble Bubble has been bugged on ARAM since her release as the bubble lands above the ground height making its hitbox inaccurate to the point where some enemies will be visually in the centre of it and yet not be inside the hitbox.

And of course Emotes are consistently having issues. Frequently my emotes just disappear while in-game and become unusable, but are still equipped in the client. Again, not that important but if you expect people to pay for these things it's expected that they be usable more than 50% of the time.

I'm sure I'm forgetting more but these will do for now. They may not be game breaking or anything but surely they can't be that hard to fix, especially when some have been around for so long.
