After a year and a half Zoe's E is still bugged on ARAM

Since her release Zoe's E still floats above the ground on Howling Abyss after it finishes travelling. I've seen a pretty astounding number of people walk into her bubble since the hit box isn't reflected by the bubble's position because of this. Oh well, guess if it's not SR Riot doesn't care.
