Aatrox Guinsoos rageblade animation failure

Okay, so apparently having 6 stacks of guinsoos rageblade on Aatrox will make the W proc every 2 attacks. However, once I switch from , lets say, an Ashe, who dies before the 2nd guinsoo's hit which procs the W, and I hit another enemy, the first hit doesn't proc the W. I have to hit a new enemy TWICE to proc it. I don't know if this was intended or not. Also, another thing, when Aatrox is proccing guinsoos rageblade on his W, sometimes, the animation for blood thirst or blood price DOES NOT OCCUR. Its just a regular basic attack, however the healing effect of blood thirst or the extra dmg of blood price still occurs. Rito, please fix.
