Patch fails on North American server. Works on Latin America North server.

The following error is listed in the patcher logs:

Riot::Client::BrowserProcess::OnConsoleMessage: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'tagName' of null (file:///bundle-vendor-lib/public/ping/ping.js)

A Google search for "file:///bundle-vendor-lib/public/ping/ping.js" results in it asking me if I meant "file:///bundler-vendor-lib/public/ping/ping.js"

I have had problems with patching in the past, but when I received the patch via the LAN server instead, I was able to re-login to the NA server and the game worked. Right now, the game works on the LAN server but not the NA server.

Looking at the file C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\system\system.cfg

It says that the download URL that it is using is l3cdn.riotgames.com.

From what I understand CDN stands for Content Delivery Network, and this server looks for available download locations and then assigns ones to me based on geographical location.

Is there a way I can change which one it gives me? Spoof my geographical location or something?
