[GAMEPLAY] Quinn's ult (SkyStrike) doesn't activate after death

After fixing a lot of pending Quinn bugs in the recent update due to the Duskblade nerf Quinn's ult has been slightly broken.

After upgrading you ult to level one quinn will always respawn in the nexus with 'Behind Enemy Lines' pre-cast. However the second cast of her Ult' 'SkyStrike' doesn't activate when recasting the ability. No damage is done and no champions get quinn's passive 'Vulnerable' applied to them. (in the video the Vulnerable passive is applied to one of the dummies simply from her passive and not her ult, as seen by the animation of valor marking the target is played). This bug still occurs when Quinn is next to or no where near an enemy. This bug does not occur if you cast 'behind enemy lines' yourself or walk back into the nexus to get the instant cast.

How to recreate bug:

1. Die
2. Respawn with Valor
3. Cast Skystrike
