Ornn Ult Animation Bug

Ornns ult animation is delayed when casted for the user. I realised in game that I wasn't able to hit the redirect 100% of the time so i looked at the replay and saw I was missing by a good few seconds. In the video is some footage of me in practice mode showing off the delayed ult. This bug effects every ult casted by an Ornn from the start of the game and is repeatable every time.

It's the same for me too! I thought my internet or CPU couldn't handle ornn's ult because of the particles or something like that but the weird thing is only a few players have this problem and riot isn't fixing it.

I have the exact problem and now it's patch 7.21...
