players hacking into ranked lobbies

so i just got done playing my ranked promo games and a couple of things happened that shouldnt have. this needs to be looked into before the game becomes unplayable. while in promo games autofill is not supposed to be active, i queued up as bot top and got auto filled into the jungle, what in the hell is that? and the second thing is that players shouldnt be allowed into ranked queues until theyre account is level 30 and they have a certain amount of champions (20 i think) unlocked, yet one opposing player was lv 24 and another was only level 8! i can provide screenshots of this as well once i figure out how to post them into the boards

That is whatever third-party software you are using reading highly out-of-date info, not the client, which does not even display player levels anymore.

all i use is na.op.gg and its always accurate

Which is more likely:

  1. Two underleveled players hacked their way into a Ranked lobby or
  2. You looked at a game breakdown on your OP.GG page for a pair of players whose individual pages had not been updated ever?
