[Game Play] Jayce's E Q going through an enemy

I'm not sure how to reproduce this, but I've seen it happen on occassion, but I finally have video evidence of it happening.

This case happened in ARAM through an enemy Urgot. The gif/video clearly shows the shot going straight through Urgot with no question that it hit him. I can't think of any reason it wouldn't have counted as hitting him.

As I've said, I swear I've seen this happen in SR too with champions other than Urgot having the q go through, but I don't see Jayce very often and I don't own him myself. Has anyone else had this issue and know of any way to reproduce it?
